Southwest Turkey Bowl

This colorful bowl is made with lightly seasoned lean ground turkey and placed on a bed of fluffy white rice. Then topped with black beans, pickled jalapeños, corn, shredded cheddar cheese and freshly diced tomato. Paired with a side of our house made southwest ranch dressing made with lite ranch, chipotle peppers, lime juice and other seasonings.
