Step 1: Order Meals

Head over to our website to choose from our weekly menu of delicious, balanced meals. We open for orders every Tuesday and close on Friday at 6 PM. Take your time to select the meals that best fit your needs—whether you’re meal prepping for the week or looking for a quick, healthy option. Once you’ve placed your order, you’re all set!

Step 2: Pickup or Delivery
Once you’ve ordered, sit back and relax—we take care of the rest! On Monday, your meals will be ready for pickup or delivery (depending on your choice). No more worrying about what to cook—your meals will be fresh, fully prepared, and ready to enjoy all week long.
Step 3: Enjoy!

Once your meals are in your hands, enjoy a week of easy, healthy eating! We recommend placing your order for the following week as soon as you get your current meals. This ensures you never miss a week of fresh, ready-to-eat meals and helps you stay on track with your health goals. Plus, you’ll be the first to pick from our new menu every week!

We just tried Meal Me for the first time and wow—we’re hooked! The PB&J overnight oats, chipotle chicken wrap, and ricotta egg bites were all super tasty. You can tell everything is fresh and made with care.
What really sold us is how easy it made our lives. Just grab a meal and go—no more scrambling to figure out what to make for dinner or breakfast. It’s one less thing to think about, and that’s a win in our book.
Definitely recommend to anyone looking for quick, delicious meals without the stress of cooking or planning. We’ll for sure be back for more!

We have been using them for two weeks. Food is great. Love the flexibility to adjust protein, carbs, and amount of veggies. Great for my Keto diet as well as my husband who isn't on a diet but wants heavy protein. Delivery is also great and worth the $15. Company is a joy to work with.

Save yourself from all the time spent researching recipes, counting calories and macros, cooking and cleaning and get your meals from Meal Me. I love the variety of food they offer. Recently, I had the chicken sausage breakfast, buffalo chicken meatballs, and artichoke a la mode flatbread. I truly enjoyed these tasty, guilt-free meals. Chef Sofia has made healthy eating so easy and delicious for me. She manages to pack a lot of flavor and creativity into a surprisingly conservative number of macro-balanced calories. I'm a calorie counting fiend, and I don't know how she does it. I appreciate how she rotates her menu each week to offer variety. Cheers!

I am so grateful I found Meal Me! I work full time and am a part time student, so being able to order off their menu every week has saved me sooo much time. I’ve been getting Sofia’s meals now for a couple years and they really are the best. They have helped me tremendously with hitting my macros and they taste amazing!! I love that she switches up the menu every 2 weeks so you never get bored & she always has the best choices to pick from! I couldn’t recommend them enough!

I’ve given Sofia alot of my personal training clients who have needed a meal plan service to hit their nutrition goals.

They loved her meals! Wouldn’t use another meal plan service to help reach your fitness goal.
