Mongolian Beef



This flank steak is thinly sliced then lightly coated in corn starch and sesame oil then cooked to perfection. We then prepare our sauce using low sodium soy sauce, lite brown sugar, chili flakes, garlic, and chicken stock. This sauce deliciously coats the steak bits and is mixed with steamed broccoli, served on a bed of white rice. Topped with sesame seeds and scallion garnish.
