Green Steak



This meal is made by first marinating flank steak overnight, cooking it to a perfect tender bite, then tossing it in our house made “green” steak sauce made using green onion, chives, parsley, cilantro, red wine vinegar, red wine, and olive oil. We pair with a side of roasted potatoes and bell peppers.
