Creamy Poblano Shrimp



This dish is made by first creating a poblano pepper chili sauce which is then tossed with baked shrimp that’s been cooked in our adobo rub. Prepared on a bed of white rice and topped with our pineapple, tomato, red onion and cilantro salsa.
