  1. Ordering and Payments
    • Orders must be placed by Fridays at 11:59 PM to receive meals by the following Monday.
    • All payments must be completed through our website at the time of checkout.
    • Meal Me does not offer refunds once orders are placed, as meals are made to order.
  2. Delivery & Pickup Information
    • Meal Me partners with independent contract delivery drivers who are responsible for completing deliveries to the address you provide.
    • Once meals are delivered to your doorstep or designated drop-off location, Meal Me is not liable for any loss, spoilage, or damage. Please ensure someone is home or leave a cooler with ice packs outside to maintain food safety.
    • Meal Me is not responsible for missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or lack of access (e.g., gated entries or apartment access codes not provided).
  3. Food Safety & Handling
    • All meals are prepared in a commercial kitchen that follows local health department guidelines.
    • We use gloves, food-safe equipment, and proper temperature controls throughout our prep and packing process.
    • Once meals leave our kitchen, it is the customer’s responsibility to refrigerate them immediately and consume within 5–7 days for freshness and safety.
    • Meals should be reheated to 165°F before consuming. Meal Me is not responsible for improper storage or reheating after delivery or pickup.
    • Meal Me by Sof prepares all meals in a facility that may process peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, soy, gluten, shellfish, and other potential allergens. We do not operate in a certified allergen-free facility. Customers with severe food allergies should exercise caution before consuming our products.
  4. Allergies & Special Requests
    • Meal Me offers a special request box at checkout for allergy notes or dietary needs.
    • While we do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment, as our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, shellfish, and other common allergens.
    • By ordering, you acknowledge this risk and release Meal Me from liability in the event of an allergic reaction.
  5. Product Substitutions
    • Due to seasonal availability or inventory issues, Meal Me reserves the right to substitute ingredients or meals of equal value and nutrition without prior notice.
    • We strive to maintain menu accuracy but substitutions may occur to ensure timely delivery and freshness.
  6. Cancellations & Refunds
    • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for missed pickup or delivery unless it is due to an error on our part.
    • If you need to cancel an order, please contact us before the ordering deadline (Friday 11:59 PM). No cancellations are accepted after this time.
  7. Use of Website
    • You agree not to misuse our website or content. All content, branding, and photos are the property of Meal Me and may not be copied or reused without permission.
